Babacan is a 1975 Turkish film directed by Natuk Baytan, blending police-procedural, action, and adventure elements.

The story follows Şahin (Cüneyt Arkın), a dedicated police officer locked in a running battle against the mafia. Haunted by an earlier operation in which he accidentally caused an injury to the ballerina Ebru (Müjde Ar), Şahin spends his off-duty hours helping her recover. Having tracked down and imprisoned the drug trafficker Tufan after a years-long pursuit, he then finds himself facing Tufan's relentless plot for revenge. Yavuz Selekman also appears in the cast, as Abbas.
