Bomber

Bomber is a 1982 Italian comedy directed by Michele Lupo. Bud Spencer leads the film as a one-time boxer who has long since stepped away from the ring, only to be pulled back into the sport by circumstance, which sets him up for a showdown with a tough opponent portrayed by South African heavyweight Kallie Knoetze. The ensemble also features Jerry Calà, Valeria Cavalli, Angela Campanella, Gegia, Nando Paone and Rik Battaglia. Penned by Marcello Fondato and Francesco Scardamaglia, the picture runs about 95 minutes and mixes its boxing storyline with the easygoing humor that defined Spencer's popular comedies of that era. Shot in Italian, it was released under various titles in different markets.
