Child (Çocuk) (translated)
Çocuk ("The Child") is a Turkish family drama series that premiered on Star TV on 9 September 2019. Made by 1441 Productions, it was directed by Serkan Birinci from scripts written jointly by Nazlı Sunlu Kaçan and Hilal Yıldız.
The show ran for a single season of eighteen episodes, signing off on 28 January 2020. Nazan Kesal, İsmail Hacıoğlu, Serhat Teoman, Merve Çağıran and Ceyda Ateş head the cast, which also includes Mehmet Emin Güney and Nimet İyigün.
The series reached audiences beyond Turkey as well: in Serbia it aired on RTV Pink with Serbian subtitles between 23 March and 26 June 2020.
