Merve Çağıran — Biography
Merve Çağıran (born 13 July 1992, Balıkesir) is a Turkish television and film actress. After finishing high school in İzmir, she trained as an actress at the Akademi 35 Buçuk art center. She began her screen career in 2010 with the series Tek Türkiye, became known for her role as Janset in Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar (2015), and reached a wide audience as İpek in Aşk Laftan Anlamaz (2016).
She appeared in the films İkimizin Yerine (2016) and Kaybedenler Kulübü Yolda (2018), and acted in the series Kalp Atışı (2017), Çarpışma (2018), Çocuk (2019) and Kalp Yarası (2021). In 2018 she received a Shining Star award at the Golden Butterfly Awards. In late 2025 it was announced that she had joined the cast of the series Sakıncalı.
