Heart Wound (Kalp Yarası) (translated)

Kalp Yarası is a Turkish television series made by Süreç Film that ran through the 2021-2022 season. Yıldız Hülya Bilban directed, while Sema Ali Erol, Mahir Erol and Özgül Türküler Akad worked together on the scripts. The show wrapped after a single 32-episode season.

The plot centers on two feuding families whose long-running hostility deepens once a marriage is arranged between them; when the plan tying Ferit, played by Gökhan Alkan, to Nilgün, played by Merve Çağıran, falls apart, Ayşe, played by Yağmur Tanrısevsin, is pulled into the fallout, sparking a tangled rivalry fueled by jealousy.

Rounding out the ensemble around the three leads are Rıza Akın, Şenay Gürler and Burçin Abdullah.
