Five Years

Five Years (original title 5 Jahre Leben, 2013) is a German drama directed by Stefan Schaller. It is based on the true story of Murat Kurnaz, the Bremen-born man of Turkish descent who was held for five years at Guantánamo without ever being charged, and centres on his interrogations there. The film, Schaller's feature debut, features Şiir Eloğlu and Tayfun Bademsoy among its cast.
