Gulshah (Gülşah) (translated)

Gülşah is a 1975 Turkish comedy directed by Orhan Aksoy from a screenplay by Ahmet Üstel. Produced by Selim Soydan, it stars Gülşah Soydan alongside Hülya Koçyiğit and Cemil Şahbaz.

The story centers on Gülşah, a little girl being raised without a mother. She refuses to accept any of the nannies her father hires to care for her, driving each one away with her relentless mischief. The latest caretaker, Zeynep, proves far more resilient than her predecessors and gradually wins the child's affection. As their bond deepens, Gülşah begins to wish that Zeynep would become not merely her nanny but her new mother. Her father, however, has an entirely different woman in mind for that role.

The supporting ensemble features Nil Burak, Münir Özkul, Neriman Köksal, Sami Hazinses, Cevat Kurtuluş, and Mürüvvet Sim.
