Wild (Yabani) (translated)

Yabani (English: Wild Heart) is a Turkish drama television series produced by NTC Medya that premiered on NOW on September 12, 2023. Directed by Çağatay Tosun and created by screenwriter Hilal Yıldız, the series was produced by Fatih Aksoy and Mehmet Yiğit Alp.

The story follows Ali, who was kidnapped from a well-established family at the age of four and grew up on the streets, returning home seventeen years later under the name Yaman. It portrays his struggle to reinvent himself as "Yaman Ali" and to readjust to the family and society he once belonged to. The leading cast includes Halit Özgür Sarı, Simay Barlas, Dolunay Soysert, Tayanç Ayaydın, Bertan Asllani, Yurdaer Okur, Şebnem Hassanisoughi, İlayda Akdoğan, and Nergis Öztürk. Cited in January 2024 as one of the season's most successful Turkish productions, the series ran for two seasons and concluded with its 51st episode on January 11, 2025.
