Valerio Binasco — Biography

Valerio Binasco was born on 21 October 1965 in Novi Ligure, Italy. An Italian actor, theatre director and playwright, he has worked across stage, film and television. In cinema he has appeared in films including Two Friends, Working Slowly (Radio Alice), Yüreğimdeki Canavar (Don't Tell), A Perfect Day, Blood of the Losers, Il giovane favoloso and A Woman's Name. In Il giovane favoloso, a film about the poet Giacomo Leopardi, he played the writer Pietro Giordani. Alongside acting, he is also known for his work as a theatre director, and he has remained active across both Italian stage productions and international film projects throughout his career.
