Aslı Tandoğan — Biography

Aslı Tandoğan was born on 2 April 1979 in Ankara. She studied violin for a year and then harp at Hacettepe University's State Conservatory, played for a time with the Antalya State Opera and Ballet orchestra as a harpist, and moved to Istanbul in 2003 to pursue acting.

She began her career in the film Gülüm, became known for her role in Aşka Sürgün, and moved into cinema in 2007 opposite Kenan İmirzalıoğlu in Kabadayı; that same year she reached a wide audience in Dudaktan Kalbe. She went on to appear in Kapalı Çarşı, Behzat Ç., Zehirli Sarmaşık, Bir Zamanlar Osmanlı: Kıyam and A.Ş.K., and played a sultan's daughter in the historical drama Muhteşem Yüzyıl: Kösem.

She later joined the cast of Prens and then of Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı, reuniting years afterward with her Dudaktan Kalbe co-star on a new project. Tandoğan is married to Tan Yeşilada and has a son.
