Furkan Palalı — Biography

Furkan Palalı was born on 27 October 1986 in Konya; he graduated from Hacettepe University's Department of Geological Engineering and later earned a master's degree in radio and television at Marmara University. As a young man he played basketball for seven years in Konyaspor's youth system and then two seasons with Tofaş's Konya branch, giving up the sport to focus on university.

He took up acting in 2010 at the Tuncay Özinel Theatre and trained in character work under Ferdi Merter, while also entering modelling; in 2011 he won both the Best Model of Turkey and Best Model of the World titles, becoming the first stage actor to do so. That same year he made his screen debut playing Aras in Küçük Sırlar, followed by a brief part in Hayat Devam Ediyor.

He went on to play a national-intelligence officer in Kızıl Elma, the character Kenan in Son Çıkış, and his first lead, Onur Sarıhan, in No: 309; he was named best actor of the year at the December 2019 Turkey Success Awards. Between 2020 and 2022 he reached a wide audience as Fikret Fekeli in Bir Zamanlar Çukurova, and in 2026 joined the cast of a new TRT tabii series in a leading role.
