A Slightly Pregnant Man is a 1973 French-Italian comedy film written and directed by Jacques Demy. Marcello Mastroianni and Catherine Deneuve star in the leading roles, supported by performers such as Micheline Presle, Marisa Pavan and Alice Sapritch.

Shot in French, the film carries the original title L'Événement le plus important depuis que l'homme a marché sur la Lune, literally "The Most Important Event Since Man Walked on the Moon," and was released in Germany as Die Umstandshose.
