Acil Aşk Aranıyor is a Turkish romantic comedy series produced by Medyapım that aired on Show TV in 2015, starring Serhat Teoman and Duygu Yetiş. The story follows Nisan, a young doctor who moves to Istanbul, unaware that the colleague she will work with, Sinan, lives in the same building. In the first episode she unwittingly causes him a string of troubles, and by the end of the episode they discover they work at the same hospital.

Over time their initial friction turns into friendship and then love. The show originally premiered under the title Acil Servis, but low ratings led to its cancellation after two episodes; it was then completely reformatted and relaunched as Acil Aşk Aranıyor. The series ran for a single season, concluding with its 24th episode.
