Destiny (Alın Yazısı) (translated)

Alın Yazısı ("Destiny") is a 1972 Yeşilçam film directed by Orhan Aksoy from a screenplay by Safa Önal, made as a Turkish adaptation of the Iranian classic "Gheysar". After his sister Zeynep is driven to suicide by Sarı Şehmus (İstemi Betil), the brother of a family friend, and his older brother Osman (Erol Taş) is killed while trying to avenge her, younger brother Haydar (Cüneyt Arkın) returns home and sets out to avenge his siblings; Mümtaz Ener plays the family's uncle.
