Kadın Severse is a 1968 color drama directed by Ülkü Erakalın, adapted by Safa Önal from Esat Mahmut Karakurt's novel of the same name — the second screen adaptation of the book. Produced by Akün Film, it stars Türkân Şoray, Mine Mutlu and Şaziye Moral.

Psychiatrist Dr. Ferit, who visits Uludağ every year for winter sports, takes in Nevin, a young woman lost in a snowstorm, and the two quickly grow close. After finding a letter to Ferit mentioning a wedding, Nevin flees and leaves for England. Years later her mother Leyla happens to consult Dr. Ferit as a patient; their growing love turns tragic when Ferit remembers his past with her daughter.
