Blood (Kan) (translated)
Kan is a 1985 Turkish drama film directed by Şerif Gören. The film was adapted for the screen from "Kanın Masalı" (The Tale of Blood), a short story by the writer Osman Şahin.
Running approximately 84 minutes, the production features noted actors of the period such as Tarık Akan and Necmettin Çobanoğlu. As a literary adaptation, the film is regarded as one of the examples of Şerif Gören's socially themed cinematic approach in the 1980s.
