About Dry Grasses is a 2023 drama film directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan, who co-wrote the screenplay with Ebru Ceylan and Akın Aksu. A co-production between Turkey, France, Germany, and Sweden, it is Ceylan's ninth feature film and runs 197 minutes.

The story follows Samet, a young art teacher completing his mandatory service in a remote village in eastern Anatolia, hoping for a transfer to Istanbul. His life is thrown into turmoil when he and his colleague Kenan are falsely accused of harassment by a female student; meeting Nuray, a fellow teacher, opens a new path of hope for him. Deniz Celiloğlu, Merve Dizdar, and Musab Ekici star in the leading roles. The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the Cannes Film Festival on 19 May 2023, where Dizdar won the Best Actress award. Selected as Turkey's entry for the Academy Award for Best International Feature, it was released in Turkish cinemas on 29 September 2023.
