Nasreddin Hodja Time Traveler is a Turkish animated series created by Mustafa Murat Boyacı that premiered on TRT Çocuk on June 4, 2019, during the Ramadan Bayram (Eid al-Fitr) holiday. The series follows Nasreddin Hodja, a well-known wise figure of Turkish folklore, and his donkey Küheylan, who end up in the 21st century by accident and encounter the peculiarities of modern life.

In the story, while teaching a lesson to a group of mischievous children who tried to play a trick on him, the Hodja passes through a portal accidentally opened by eight-year-old Zehra and her friends, arriving in the present day. Zehra's father Cemil, who researches the unusual properties of an ancient plane tree, works to repair the machine he built on its trunk so he can send the Hodja back to his own era; until then, Nasreddin Hodja must live in the hut with Zehra's family. Meanwhile Tolga, who witnessed the secret, tries to convince everyone it is real, while the Hodja and Küheylan face the challenges of the modern world. The series aired between 2019 and 2024.
