Ya Ya Ya Sha Sha Sha (Ya Ya Ya Şa Şa Şa) (translated)

Ya Ya Ya Şa Şa Şa is a 1985 Turkish film directed by Ümit Efekan and written by Gökhan Akçura. Produced by Ali Kocabekir, the 97-minute film stars İlyas Salman, Münir Özkul, Deniz Akbulut, and Erdal Özyağcılar. Although it contains comic scenes, it is essentially a drama built around a cautionary tale of rise and fall.

The story follows İlyas, the football-loving son of the doorman Selami, who secretly joins an amateur team against his father's wishes and is eventually discovered and transferred to the third-division club Çelikspor. İlyas loves Ayşe, the daughter of bank manager Enver Bey who lives in the same apartment building, but her father drives the family away when they come to ask for her hand. As fame and money reverse their fortunes, the pressures of a fast life lead İlyas to repeated mistakes on the pitch and a fall from grace. Well-known footballers of the era, including Rıdvan Dilmen, Cem Pamiroğlu, and Selçuk Yula, appear as themselves.
