Gamze Topuz was born in 1983 in İstanbul.
She completed her education in the TV Journalism Department of Bilgi University.
Gamze Topuz, who began her acting career in 2004, first took part in the series En İyi Arkadaşım in 2004.
She acted in the series Doktorlar, Aşk ve Ceza, Türk Malı, Mavi Kelebekler, Cesur Hemşire and Evli ve Öfkeli.
In 2010 she worked as a hostess on the programme Çarkıfelek.
She portrays the character Birtanem in the series Hayat Bazen Tatlıdır broadcast on Star TV.
