Öykü Çelik — Biography

Öykü Çelik was born in Istanbul on July 13, 1987. Rather than follow her Rize-born father İlker Çelik, who had once played as a goalkeeper, she turned to acting and began her career in 2006.

Over the course of her career she appeared in television series such as Akasya Durağı, Gönülçelen, Kasaba, Benim İçin Üzülme, and Yeşil Deniz, as well as a long-running role in Diriliş: Ertuğrul, and took part in films including Kanımdaki Barut, Romantik Komedi 2: Bekarlığa Veda, and Darbe.

In mid-2026 it was widely reported that her relationship with Ali Çakıcı, son of Alaattin Çakıcı, had ended; the actress announced that she was returning to television projects in the aftermath.
