Innocent (Masum) (translated)

Masum (Innocent) is a Turkish crime and drama web series written by Berkun Oya and directed by Seren Yüce, produced by D Productions for the BluTV platform. Adapted from Oya's stage play Bayrak, it was BluTV's first original production and consists of eight episodes. On 23 January 2019, the series also premiered on Netflix.

The story follows retired chief commissioner Cevdet, whose quiet life away from the city is shattered by terrible news concerning his son. When his former student, Inspector Yusuf, arrives in town to investigate mysterious deaths, the family's long-buried secrets gradually come to light. The series stars Haluk Bilginer, Nur Sürer, Okan Yalabık, Ali Atay and Tülin Özen, and its theme music is a rearranged version of the folk song "Katip Arzuhalim" sung by Selda Bağcan.
