The Car Keys

The Car Keys (original title: Les Clefs de bagnole) is a 2003 French comedy film written, produced, directed by and starring Laurent Baffie. Released on 10 December 2003, the film runs about 90 minutes.

An experimental comedy structured as a mockumentary, it works as a film-within-a-film that depicts the making of a movie also titled Les Clefs de bagnole. Baffie, playing himself, is joined by an ensemble of well-known figures from French cinema, including Sophie Marceau, Vincent Lindon, Vincent Perez, Jean-Claude Brialy, Michel Galabru, Claire Maurier, Eddy Mitchell and Jean-Marc Barr.
