Vincent Perez — Biography
Vincent Perez was born on 10 June 1964 in Lausanne, Switzerland, and trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris. He built his career in French cinema, becoming one of the leading French actors of the 1990s through films such as Cyrano de Bergerac, Indochine, Fanfan and La Reine Margot. The Crow: City of Angels gave him the Hollywood lead role of Ashe Corven, and he later appeared as Marius de Romanus in Queen of the Damned. From the 2000s he moved into directing, with credits including Lines of Wellington and Colours of Time, while continuing to act in productions such as At Eternity's Gate and Bolero.
