Tolga Çevik — Biography

Tolga Çevik was born on May 12, 1974 in Istanbul and is originally from Mersin. After training with Yeditepe Oyuncuları and appearing in various plays, he went to the United States, graduating in 1996 from the Theatre Department of Central Missouri State University, where he took lessons from Robin Williams. On returning to Turkey he began his professional stage career at the Hadi Çaman Theatre and joined the BKM ensemble in 2001. Known for the Vizontele series and the film Organize İşler, he won great acclaim with his role as Sacit Kıral in the series Avrupa Yakası, and then focused on Komedi Dükkanı, a show he created himself. Continuing improvised comedy with Arkadaşım Hoşgeldin and Tolgshow, Çevik hosted Tolgshow Filtresiz on Exxen in 2021 and returned to the screen in 2026 with the Tolgshow Yıldızlar programme on Star TV. Married to Özge Yılmaz, the actor has two children named Tuna and Tan.
