Yusuf Akgün — Biography
Yusuf Akgün was born on September 11, 1984, in İstanbul and turned to acting after studying in the Theatre Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Yeditepe University. He began his career with the 2005 film Denge ve Devinim and soon found his place in television series as well.
Akgün reached wide audiences with the character Koray Onat in the series Adını Feriha Koydum, and went on to take different roles in productions such as Su ve Ateş and Acı Tatlı Ekşi, maintaining a steady presence in film and television casts over a career spanning more than twenty years.
He appeared in the 2026 film Sarı Zarflar and kept his place on television as Orhan in the series Cennetin Gözyaşları; that same year, he also shared happy personal news, proposing to his girlfriend on the occasion of a film festival.
