Erdal Küçükkömürcü — Biography

Erdal Küçükkömürcü, born on April 1, 1958 in Ankara, is a Turkish theatre, film and television actor. After graduating from the Ankara State Conservatory in 1981, he took to the stage at the Ankara State Theatres. He is also known as an acting teacher: he gave theatre courses at METU, the Hacettepe State Conservatory, Anadolu University and Ankara University, and taught acting at Bilkent University.

In cinema he appeared in the films Kaybedenler Kulübü (2011), Labirent (2011) and Benim Dünyam (2013); on television he acted in productions such as Sefirin Kızı (2019, Güven Çelebi), Evlilik Hakkında Her Şey (2021, Erman Arsen) and EGO (2023, Tahir Koraslan). Wider audiences know him above all as Davut in Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz (2015). In 2023 he joined the series Kirli Sepeti as Cihangir Demir, and in 2026 he appeared in the film Çatlı and in the horror film SOY, shot in Istanbul.
