Gökçe Akyıldız — Biography

Gökçe Akyıldız was born in Sinop on October 30, 1992, the third of four children, and trained at Haliç University's conservatory department. Acting found her early: by age ten she was playing Saime in the film Bir Tutam Baharat, a role that led to parts in Sırlar Dünyası, Sahra, Büyük Buluşma, Beşinci Boyut and Çınaraltı. A lead in Zeynep came in 2005, and the following year she took on Tekgül in Ezo Gelin before moving through Parmaklıklar Ardında, Gazi and Kollama.

Roles as Zozan in Hayat Devam Ediyor and Canan in Kötü Yol raised her profile around 2011-2012, and by 2013 she had added Aslı in Fatih Harbiye plus parts in Bizim Okul and Medcezir. Her breakout, however, came as Songül in Kırgın Çiçekler starting in 2015; that same set brought her together with Mustafa Özyurt, whom she married in 2017 and with whom she had a son, Ömer Aslan, in 2018, before the couple's 2020 divorce. She subsequently took roles in Elkızı, played Deren Tokgöz in Seni Kalbime Sakladım and Cemile Ersoy in Akif, and joined Gönül Dağı's cast, where a relationship with co-star Berk Atan ended in early 2026.
