Gonca Vuslateri — Biography

Born Nazlı Gonca Vuslateri on September 2, 1986, in Bursa, the actress spent part of her childhood in Adana because her father was a non-commissioned officer, before moving to Istanbul with her mother and sister in 1998. She trained as an actress from primary school onward, attending Kadıköy İntaş High School and later graduating from the Theatre Department of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center. Besides acting, she also works as a columnist, screenwriter, and poet.

Vuslateri made her screen debut in 1997 with the series Ruhsar, and became known for her roles in Küçük Sırlar and Yerden Yüksek; her portrayal of Vasfiye in Yalan Dünya in 2012 brought her wide popularity. In 2016 she played Şule Akçay in the Star TV series Anne, and the same year appeared as Kilitorya in the film Bizans Oyunları; she also took roles in productions such as Bornova Bornova and Kaybedenler Kulübü.

In 2018 she played Derin in the series Tehlikeli Karım and Buse in the film Düğüm Salonu; she went on to appear in the 2024 film Zaferin Rengi and, from December 2025, in the series Leyla: Hayat... Aşk... Adalet... as Nur Yıldız. After a relationship with photographer Mehmet Turgut, she married Edip Burak Ertoğan in 2016, and the couple has a daughter.
