Gonca Vuslateri — Biography

Nazlı Gonca Vuslateri was born on 2 September 1986 in the Osmangazi district of Bursa. Since her father worked as a non-commissioned officer, she spent around eight years of her childhood in military housing in Adana, before moving to Istanbul in 1998 with her mother and sister. She began taking acting lessons as early as the second grade, and after completing Kadıköy İntaş High School she graduated from the theatre department of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center. Beyond acting, she has also worked as a columnist, screenwriter, poet and radio presenter.

Her screen career opened with the series Ruhsar in 1997. Following appearances in titles such as Aliye, Eyvah Kızım Büyüdü and Canım Ailem, she gained wider notice through Küçük Sırlar and Yerden Yüksek. The comic character Vasfiye, which she played in Yalan Dünya starting in 2012, turned her into a household name. In 2016 she took on the part of Şule Akçay in the Star TV drama Anne; on the cinema side she appeared in Bornova Bornova and Kaybedenler Kulübü, and drew attention as Kilitorya in Bizans Oyunları: Geym of Bizans.

In 2018 she portrayed Derin Günday Boztepe in the series Tehlikeli Karım and played Buse in the feature film Düğüm Salonu, also appearing in Hedefim Sensin that year. She joined the cast of Zaferin Rengi in 2024, and from December 2025 she has been seen as Nur Yıldız in Leyla: Hayat... Aşk... Adalet.... After a relationship with photographer Mehmet Turgut, she married Edip Burak Ertoğan in 2016; the couple has a daughter named Asya.
