Love of the Giants (Devlerin Aşkı) (translated)

Devlerin Aşkı is a 1976 Turkish romantic drama directed by Osman Fahir Seden from a screenplay by Bülent Oran. Produced by İrfan Ünal and Hasan Gürkan for Akün Film, the 80-minute color production brings together the legendary Yeşilçam duo Türkân Şoray and Kadir İnanır in the leading roles. Cahit Berkay composed the music, while Erdoğan Engin served as director of photography.

The story follows Tarık, a young man who saves wealthy businessman Süreyya Bey from an assassination attempt by his rivals and begins working for him to repay the debt, soon becoming his right-hand man. Trouble begins when it turns out that the woman Süreyya Bey has fallen for is Türkan, Tarık's unforgettable former lover, pitting the two friends against each other as jealousy reshapes the old romance.
