High Society (Yüksek Sosyete) (translated)

Yüksek Sosyete (English: High Society) is a Turkish television series adapted from the South Korean drama High Society. One of the first productions of Burak Sağyaşar's company Bi Yapım, it began airing on Star TV on 16 June 2016 and concluded on 24 December 2016, running for a single season of 26 episodes. It reached screens alongside the company's other series of the period, Aşk Laftan Anlamaz.

Starring Engin Öztürk, Hazar Ergüçlü and Zuhal Olcay, the romantic drama centres on the meeting of two very different social worlds. As the lavish life of a wealthy family intersects with characters from a more modest background, class differences, love and family relationships are explored in a dramatic register.
