İlayda Alişan — Biography

İlayda Alişan was born in İstanbul on February 26, 1996, with roots on her mother's side in Erzincan and her father's in Trabzon. She finished Behçet Kemal Çağlar High School and went on to study fashion design at İstanbul Bilgi University. A friend of her father registered her with a talent agency without her knowledge, launching her into the industry at a young age, and she began her career appearing in commercials for brands such as Nestle, Coca-Cola, Ülker, Akbank and Eti.

She entered television in 2011 as Merve in Bir Çocuk Sevdim, then played roles in Gönül Hırsızı, Nurten in Benim Adım Gültepe, and Sinem in Serçe Sarayı; she also appeared as Eylül in Bana Sevmeyi Anlat and Cemre in Rüya. Her performance as Akşın Koçovalı in the second season of Çukur drew wide acclaim, and she has described the show's set as feeling like a school; she carried her fame abroad playing Aylin Erman in Netflix's first Turkish original series, Hakan: Muhafız.

After Şampiyon (2019), she played Özlem Narin in GAİN's Terapist and Ela Yüksel in Masumiyet (2021), and made a guest appearance on Kırmızı Oda the same year. In 2022 she took the lead in Seversin; in 2023 she appeared in the Netflix film İyi Adamın 10 Günü and starred in Ateş Kuşları.
