Yeşim Büber — Biography

Yeşim Büber was born on 10 August 1977 in Aydın. Trained at the Diyalog Acting School, she first appeared on screen in 1996 in the series Bu Sevda Bitmez. Her real breakthrough came in 1998 with the character of Zümrüt in the series Aynalı Tahir, a role that made her widely known.

Throughout her career she appeared in many series such as Kaybolan Yıllar, Bıçak Sırtı, Aile Reisi and Acayip Hikayeler, while in cinema she played Nazife in İnşaat (2003) and its sequel On Yılda Bir: İnşaat 2 (2014). In 2011 she portrayed Ceyla in Zehirli Sarmaşık, and in 2017 Melek in Siyah İnci, broadcast on Star TV. In recent years she has frequently made the entertainment press with the simple life she leads on a boat together with her husband Mehmet Aksın.
