Emre Kınay — Biography
Emre Kınay was born on 5 March 1970 in Istanbul. His father Feridun Kınay worked in cinema, and his mother Remziye Kınay is a theatre actress.
A graduate of the Theatre Department of the Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, Kınay is the founder of Duru Tiyatrosu and has worked with many theatre companies.
The actor began his television career in 1999 with the series Yılan Hikayesi and went on to appear in numerous series including Yeditepe İstanbul, Esir Şehrin İnsanları, Güneşi Beklerken, Ustura Kemal, Güneşin Kızları, Kara Yazı, Sevgili Geçmiş, Kırmızı Oda, Tozluyaka and Dönence.
In cinema he has appeared in the films İnşaat and İnşaat 2, Güneşi Gördüm, Yol Arkadaşım and the 2025 production Aşk Sadece Bir An; in recent years he has also taken the stage with theatre and music projects.
