The innocent (Günahsızlar) (translated)

Günahsızlar is a 1972 Turkish drama directed by Atıf Yılmaz and written by Selim İleri. It tells of a man whose life is turned upside down after a killing. Kemal is a successful architect, but everything collapses when he discovers that the woman he loves has been unfaithful to him with Ökkeş, a nightclub owner. Ökkeş's henchmen beat Kemal mercilessly, and Kemal retaliates by taking Ökkeş's life. Though the court finds him not guilty, he cannot escape his guilt, so he takes Ökkeş's orphaned little girl under his wing. Even so, the crime he committed continues to haunt him. Cüneyt Arkın plays Kemal, with Sevda Ferdağ and Tuncer Necmioğlu in the other leading roles, while Arzu Okay also appears in the cast.
