Revenge of Snakes (Yılanların Öcü)

Revenge of Snakes is a 1985 Turkish drama film, the second screen adaptation of Fakir Baykurt's novel of the same name. Directed by Şerif Gören from a screenplay by Yavuzer Çetinkaya, the film was shot in the village of Çınarcık in Uşak.

The cast is led by Fatma Girik, Kadir İnanır, Erdal Özyağcılar, Serpil Çakmaklı, and Nur Sürer. Unlike the first adaptation from 1962, this version was filmed in color and also includes scenes that the censorship board had cut from the earlier film.
