Veda Yurtsever — Biography

Veda Yurtsever (born 1969, Bingöl) is a Turkish theatre, film and television actress. After studying theatre at Anadolu University, she worked at the Diyarbakır State Theatre; she spent thirty-two years on State Theatres stages and announced her departure from the institution in October 2025.

She began her screen career with the series İki Aile (2006) and went on to appear in the film Issız Adam (2008) and the series Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne? (2010), Behzat Ç. Bir Ankara Polisiyesi (2012) and Beyaz Karanfil (2014). Her character Nazan in Kırgın Çiçekler (2015) raised her profile further; she later portrayed Kudret in Babil (2020) and Rüçhan in Üç Kız Kardeş (2022). In 2026 she joined the cast of the series Halef, filmed in Şanlıurfa. She is married to actor Mahir İpek.
