Mustafa Uğurlu — Biography

Mustafa Uğurlu, born on 25 November 1955 in Karaman, is a Turkish stage, film, and television actor. His family moved from Konya to Bursa when he was 2-3 years old, and he completed his primary, secondary, and high school education there. He is the brother of Ahmet Uğurlu, who is also an actor.

He made his television debut in 1993 with the series Rıza Beyler and achieved his real breakthrough with his performance in the 1997 film Ağır Roman, for which he won the Golden Orange Award for Best Supporting Actor. He took the lead role in the film Asansör in 1999 and continued his film career with titles such as Kolay Para, Sır Çocukları, and Çamur, while also performing on stage and directing plays for state theatres.

After Milat (2015), he reached a wide audience with his portrayal of Inspector Yusuf in the series İçerde in 2016. Following Seni Çok Bekledim (2021) and Aldatmak (2022), he played the character Davut in the Netflix series Şahmaran in 2023-2024.
