Çağlar Çorumlu — Biography
Çağlar Çorumlu is a Turkish actor born on 4 December 1977 in Merzifon, Amasya. A graduate of Anadolu University's Tourism and Hotel Management department, he discovered his talent in the university theatre club, trained in acting at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center in Istanbul, and made his professional stage debut at Kabare Taksim.
He first appeared on screen in the series Yedi Numara (2000) and made a strong impression as Aziz in the film Prensesin Uykusu (2010); he also acted in comedy films such as Pek Yakında (2014) and Tatlım Tatlım (2017). He became unforgettable with his Şevket Hoca character in Güldür Güldür and the role of Yaşar in Jet Sosyete (2018). In 2022 he starred in Erşan Kuneri and the lead role of Hazine; in 2025 he was seen as Akif in the Disney+ series Sekizinci Aile, and in 2026 he appeared in the film Sultana.
