Children of the Otherside (Başka Semtin Çocukları)

Children of the Otherside is a Turkish feature film directed by Aydın Bulut that premiered in 2008. The film drew attention at the 45th Golden Orange Film Festival in Antalya, where it collected several honors: Volga Sorgu was named Best Supporting Actor, art director Türker İşçi received an award, and Bulut himself earned the Behlül Dal Best Young Talent Award.

The ensemble cast includes Rıza Kocaoğlu, Özge Özder, İpek Yaylacıoğlu, Erkan Bektaş, Filiz Ahmet, Necmettin Çobanoğlu, and Taner Barlas. Running about 95 minutes, the picture stands as one of Bulut's early works and was counted among the notable domestic releases of its year.
