Hercai

Hercai is a Turkish drama and romance series produced by Mia Yapım that premiered on ATV on March 15, 2019. Adapted from Sümeyye Ezel's novel of the same name, it ran for three seasons and concluded with its 69th episode on April 25, 2021. The series was directed by Cem Karcı and Benal Tairi, with a screenplay by Eda Tezcan and Fahriye Şahin.

Set in the mystical city of Midyat, the story follows Miran Aslanbey, who marries Reyyan only to leave her the morning after the wedding as part of a 27-year-old revenge plan devised by his grandmother Azize against the Şadoğlu family. An impossible love born from vengeance is tested amid the rivalry of the two families. Akın Akınözü and Ebru Şahin share the leading roles, supported by Gülçin Santırcıoğlu, Serhat Tutumluer, Oya Unustası and Tansu Taşanlar. Broadcast rights were sold to more than a hundred countries, including Latin America and the United States via Telemundo.
