When Luck Breaks the Door (Şans Kapıyı Kırınca) is a 2005 Turkish comedy film written and directed by Tayfun Güneyer and produced by Böcek Yapım. It opened across Turkey on January 28, 2005, and was shown in competition at the 42nd Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival.

The story follows Kuddusi Yurdum, a minibus driver who loses the grand prize of a television quiz on the final question; as a consolation prize, his family wins a holiday on the fictional island of Barbunya near Cuba, where they stumble into the middle of a CIA assassination plot. Ferhan Şensoy and Asuman Dabak lead a cast that also includes Zeki Alasya, Rasim Öztekin, Tamer Karadağlı, Memet Ali Alabora and İpek Tuzcuoğlu. Shot mostly on location in Cuba, the film even uses an invented language mixing Turkish and Spanish for the islanders.
