Idle (Avare) (translated)

Avare is a black-and-white Turkish drama shot in 1964 and released in cinemas in March 1965. It was directed by Semih Evin, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Enis Olcayto. Sadri Alışık and Ajda Pekkan share the leading roles, with Rafet Şiriner behind the camera and Metin Bükey composing the score.

The film falls within Sadri Alışık's busiest stretch of Yeşilçam work during the 1960s, and, as was common for productions of that era, its actors' voices were re-recorded by separate dubbing performers in post-production.
