Japon İşi (Japanese Job) is a 1987 Turkish science fiction comedy directed by Kartal Tibet and written by Erdoğan Tünaş. Kemal Sunal and Fatma Girik star in the leading roles, supported by actors such as Sümer Tilmaç, Reha Yurdakul and Necdet Yakın, with Yahya Kılıç as producer.

The story follows Veysel, a waiter at a nightclub who is hopelessly in love with the singer Başak. Meanwhile, the mafia boss Deli Dilaver is after Başak and wants to marry her by force. After Veysel helps a Japanese tourist during a fight, the grateful man sends him a robot that looks exactly like Başak as a gift. Fatma Girik plays both the real Başak and her robotic double. Veysel hands the robot over to Dilaver in order to rescue the real Başak, triggering a chain of comic misunderstandings.
