Acı İle Karışık ("Mixed with Bitterness") is a 1969 Turkish film directed by Tunç Başaran, with a screenplay he co-wrote alongside Sadık Şendil and Ahmet Üstel. The black-and-white production, made during the classic Yeşilçam era, runs 94 minutes and was produced by Arzu Film.

The story follows Osman (Sadri Alışık), a poor street singer who earns a living performing with his friends in a working-class Istanbul neighborhood, and his quiet devotion to a young woman named Müjgan. When a wealthy woman takes an interest in Osman, her jealous former lover is driven to a violent act that complicates the couple's path to being together. The film blends light comedy with the melodrama typical of the period's neighborhood-set romances.

Sadri Alışık, one of the defining leading men of Turkish cinema, carries the lead role in a production representative of Yeşilçam's late-1960s output.
